About the author










Dagnachew N. Gerbi is LLB and LLM graduate; working as consultant and attorney at law in federal courts. The author has worked as assistant instructor, par-time instructor in Micro Business College, Alpha University College respectively. Further, he worked as legal advisor and senior legal advisor in Awash Insurance Company and Oromia Interl Bank.
