About the author










Chigwenya is lecturer at National university of Science and Technology.He had taught rural development since 2006 at Bindura University and Great Zimbabwe university. He a holder of Msc. Rural and Urban Planning from University of Zimbabwe. He is now teaching urban design at national university of science and technology in Bulawayo.
