Child Labour is a worldwide phenomena and it is more prevalent among developing Countries of the world. The total economically active child labour population 5-17 yrs old is estimated at 352 million. It was a challenging task for me to write a book on this subject, but the blessing of God and my parents, family members and all other well wishers. This book provide a sort cut to the students of the three year and five year Law Degree course to enable them to get a broad understanding of the topic that would be covered under the revised syllabus. Thus, this book is useful to B.A,BSW,LL.B, M.A,MSW, LL.M students. Suggestions from the readers will be gratefully invited for further improvement of the book.
About the author
Dr. Rajesh S. Vyas was born in the year 1967 in Udaipur (Rajasthan). He did his his all qualification LL.B, LL.M, Ph.D Degree in 1990,1992 &2001 from M.L.Sukhadia University Udaipur(INDIA). He is working as a Principal in Shri N.S.Patel law College Modasa Gujarat since January 2007. Dr.Vyas has published his Research Articles in reputed Journals.
