This book titled The Courts, Arbitral Tribunals and Fence Mending: The Goal Posts of Justice is an offshoot of an article which the author intended to publish as a journal article to be captioned Courts and Arbitral Tribunals: Convergent, Divergent or Overlapping Alternatives of Justice. Research into the latter revealed that it should have the current title. The book covers two novel areas of: (a) The History of Arbitration and (b) Fence Mending which is to be included in the family of Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation (ADR). Some cases in Arbitration have been reported in the last chapter because most people/students do not have the time as they have lot of irresistible distractions brought about by modernity, technology and youthful urge which may be regarded as mere lune. These make students not to report cases.
