Aleksander Fatic is Research Professor of Philosophy at the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory, University of Belgrade, Serbia. His publications include Punishment and Restorative Crime-Handling (1995), Reconciliation via the War Crimes Tribunal? (2000) and International Criminal Tribunals: An Assessment (2015).
