About the author










A native of Belgrade, Jovan Brki¿ received his PhD from Columbia University in New York City. He is Professor Emeritus at North Dakota State University. He is a past member of the American Philosophical Association, the American Society for Political and Legal Philosophy and of the American Association of University Professors. Brki¿ is a past president of the North Dakota Chapter of the American Association of University Professors and a recipient of its Distinguished Service Award. His major publications include Moral Concepts in Traditional Serbian Epic Poetry, Norm and Order: An Investigation into Logic, Semantics, and the Theory of Law and Morals and Legal Reasoning: Semantic and Logical Analysis.
