Dr. M. Muthyalu has studied M.A. degree in rural development and he obtained Ph.D. degree in rural development from Srikrishna Devaraya University, Ananthapur, India. Then he worked in different institutions in the field of Rural Development and cooperative sectors. Presently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in Mekelle University, Ethiopia.
