A novel finger knuckle print recognition algorithm is proposed. The main achieved goals were the low complexity of preprocessing stages, the needless of any image enhancement techniques and the discriminative power with high reliability produced by fusion of two separate algorithms 2DSAX and BLPOC respectively, with low processing time. A comparison has been made with previously proposed algorithms for FKP. And the experimental results proved that the proposed algorithm is much better and simpler than other recognition algorithms.
