The current discourse is on capacity building interventions in the fight against HIV/AIDS in Zimbabwe. The study examined the Zimbabwe AIDS Network (ZAN) s Institutional Capacity Enhancement Strategy for member organizations in Mashonaland Central Province, Zimbabwe. Qualitative and quantitative methodologies were triangulated in data collection, presentation and analysis. A survey was carried out in Ward 11, a primary catchment area of Howard Mission Hospital. This hospital was randomly selected from amongst the list of ZAN member organization in Mashonaland Central Province. Qualitative data was collected using key informant, and in-depth interviews. Secondary data was collected through a documentary search. Following the survey, the hospital received a total average rating of 3, 7 from the responses. This implied a good rating on its interventions from the community. It was concluded that ZAN is providing capacity to its member organizations which is contributing towards successful implementation of HIV/AIDS interventions in Mashonaland Central Province, Zimbabwe
