About the author










George Owusu-Antwi is a Visiting Lecturer at Ghana Institute of Management of Public Administration. He has a D.B.A from Nova Southeastern University.He has an M.B.A from Franklin University, MS AgribusinessEconomics and MS.Ed from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He has two bachelors degrees and holds professional diploma in banking.
