Rogalands Fremtid was a Norwegian newspaper, published in Sauda in Rogaland county. Rogalands Fremtid was started in 1930 as the only Communist Party organ in the whole county. However, the party struggled economically and the newspaper went defunct after its last issue on 18 July 1931. Haugaland (Haugalandet) is a traditional district situated on the western coast of Norway. Haugaland is one of the 15 traditional district located within the Region of Vestlandet. Geographically Haugaland is a peninsula between Bømlafjord in Hordaland and Boknafjord in Rogaland. It is bordered to the east of the isthmus between Ølensfjord and Sandeidfjord. It is limited by the Hardangerfjord to the north, Boknafjord to the south and the district of Hardanger inland.
