Sc., Prof., Head of Biology and Genetics Department of Siberian State Medical University (Tomsk, Russia), and Professor of Environmental Health Department of Tomsk State University. He is the author of 17 monographs and more than 600 articles in the field of cytogenetics and environmental epidemiology.
