Dr. Philip Arthur H. Gborsong, a senior lecturer in the Department of Communication Studies, University of Cape Coast, was born in Vume - Sogakope in the Volta Region of Ghana.He has taught English to students at all levels of the educational stratum in the country and has written a number of books and articles.
