The Equation of state (EOS) of condensed matter is very important in many fields of basic and applied sciences [1-3]. A relation between pressure (P) and volume (V) which is capable of predicting P-V behaviour of a substance at constant temperature is known as isothermal EOS. The properties of solids under varying conditions of temperature and pressure have attracted the attention of theoretical and experimental workers because of their need in different branches of science [4-8]. In order to understand the behaviour of solids from atmospheric pressure (as P=0) upto their structural transition pressure and from room temperature upto melting temperature, it is desirable to have a precise knowledge of temperature and pressure dependence of several properties such as pressure dependence of unit cell volume ratio (V/V0), Grüneisen parameter (Gamma), Anderson- Grüneisen parameter (dT), Debye characteristic temperature (thD)etc.
