Freydis created the concept and drew together the images, text and quotations for  Life in the Country  published in 2008 by The British Library, and edited  The British Library 2010   Jane Austen Desk  and  Pocket Diaries, The British Library Jane Austen Journal,  and the lavishly illustrated  Jane Austen Daybook. It is  illustrated with original silhouettes by Jane Austen's nephew, James Edward Austen-Leigh, as well as illustrations of locations relating to Jane Austen's life and work.
