Zur Zukunft der Organisationssoziologie

Zehn Jahre nach der Institutionalisierung der Organisationssoziologie in Deutschland wird mit diesem Band nicht nur ein Resümee über ihre Bedeutung in Deutschland gezogen, sondern vor allem Entwicklungslinien aufgezeigt, in die sich die Organisationssoziologie in den nächsten Jahren bewegen könnte. Prof. Dr. Uwe Wilkesmann ist apl. Professor für Organisationssoziologie an der Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Fakultät für Sozialwissenschaft. Arbeitsschwerpunkte: Organisationsforschung, Motivation und Anreize, Gruppenforschung, Arbeitssoziologie.
