Dr. B. O. Ovwigho is a consultant and an Associate Professor of Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology with bias in agricultural programme evaluation and scaling. He has produced over thirty (30) academic publications. He currently lectures with the Delta State University, Abraka ( Asaba Campus), Nigeria.
