About the author










Emmanuel Obiajulum Ashibuogwu is an Accountancy graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (1985), qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants (1993) and obtained Masters in Business Administration from the University of East London (2002). He undertook an MA in International Criminology at the University of Greenwich, London (2010).
