It has 7 Nagar Palika Parishads and 6 Nagar Panchayat. Ashok Kumar has done M.Sc.(2005) followed by M.Tech.(2007) Biotechnology and then he enrolled for Doctor of Philosophy in Biotechnology with HNB Garhwal University. His research publication includes 30 full papers for International & national journals,31 abstracts in International & national conferences,1 course book and 5 research books.
