Allomorphy in Inflexion (Routledge Revivals)

Die Studie untersucht die Integration der zweiten Generation MigrantInnen in Deutschland. Dafür wird ein sozialkonstruktivistisches Integrationskonzept entwickelt und es werden US-amerikanische Theorien auf Deutschland übertragen. Der empirische Teil der Studie analysiert u.a. anhand der Daten des Mikrozensus 2005 die Bereiche Sprache, Bildung, Beruf und soziale Beziehungen. Erstmalig werden MigrantInnen mit deutscher Staatsbürgerschaft in die Datenbasis eingeschlossen. Die Untersuchung zeigt entgegen weitlaufiger Meinungen die grosse Vielfalt der zweiten Generation sowie eine durchschnittliche Besserstellung im Vergleich zur ersten Generation bei verbleibend problematischen Ergebnissen für einzelne Gruppen.
