E-HRM and the related term Human Resource Information Systems are topics that are becoming popular in scientific research. Despite the increasing recognition for e-HRM, there remain several mysteries and realms to be investigated regarding e-HRM adoption and deployment. This thesis aims to support the ongoing investigations for e-HRM, by relating country characteristics in the socio- cultural, political, and economic environment to e-HRM adoption and deployment outcomes.

Yorrick is interested and educated in (International) Management processes and problems (e.g. topics as e-HRM, process introduction and cultural conflicts). After graduating from the University of Twente, Yorrick has joined as consultant in the HR-IT industry.
