Rapuluchukwu E. Nduka is a Nigerian trained solicitor and advocate. He is the Deputy Head of Chambers in the Law Firm of J.R Nduka & Co.(The Rock Chambers), Nigeria. He holds a Masters degree in Information Technology and Telecommunications Law from the University of Strathclyde UK. He is currently pursuing his doctorate degree.
