It is obvious that language teaching is a fashion like clothes. Every time researchers and teachers seek for new methods of teaching. Even if nowadays there is a great deal of using communicative language teaching methodology, some teachers still revert to use the traditional style of teaching where the teacher takes much of the teaching hours instead of creating a conducive atmosphere for the learners to enhance their interaction with their friends and the tasks under discussion. About the author

has taught English for more than fifteen years in various High Schools,College and University. He also worked as department head, mentor,ELIC Coordinator and director of school of language studies in University.At present he is a research scholar in Andhra University Department of English, India and Lecturer in Madawalabu university,Ethiopia.
