About the author










Kovid Kumar obtained MA Degree in Defence and Strategic Studies from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He did M.Phil from Central University of Punjab. He has been awarded Junior Research Fellowship by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi. His area of interest is trans-national organized crime and human security.
