The book "The molecular mechanism of solvent cryoprotection" deals with the interaction of water with cryosolvents around sub zero temperatures. The book examines in detail the property of vitrification and glass transition as a central theme to the cryo preservation methods. In addition, more recent theoretical developments like strong-fragility characterisation of liquids are also presented. In the second chapter a useful overview of contemporary water models are discussed, molecular modellers working on water will find it very useful.
