Mutare City is the fourth largest city based in Zimbabwe. The discussions in the book have been done using human and gender dimensions in sports. This book is a record of the research carried out during Masters in Women's Law Degree. It has been established that women face many challenges which in turn negate women's access to and participation in sports. Therefore, it is very important that women gain access to sports so that they will be able to benefit from sports in a variety of ways. Women with disabilities are also supposed to gain access to sports as well. The Access to sports is key in the commercial sector as it has become a source of livelihood for many people. information in the book is very original as direct interviews were made with a view to establish this piece of work.

About the author










Samuel Deme was born in 1975 and did his primary and secondary education between 1985 and 1998. He did his Bachelors of Laws Degree between 1999 and 2003. He also completed Masters in Women¿s Law in 2010. From October 2003, Samuel Deme has been working for Zimbabwe¿s Ministry of Justice.
