This is the first book to treat in-depth the human capacity building programme of a Nigerian university and to apply it to the daily need and experience of Kogi State University and University of Abuja as microsm of the Nigerian university system. About the author
Dr. Achegbulu holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A Hons) Degree, Master of Public Administration (MPA) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) Degree all from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He teaches Public Policy Analysis, Administrative Behaviour, etc. in the Department of Public Administration, Kogi State University, Anyigba, Nigeria.
