Nicas Nibengo was born in 1972 and obtained secondary education atIfakara secondary and Maua Seminary.He holds Advanced Diploma, Post graduate Diploma and Masters of Business Administration.He has worked with National Microfinance bank and currently is Assitant Lecturer at St.Augustine University of Tanzania.
