Dipl.-Ing. Lars-Phillip Rusch ist freiberuflicher Architekt und wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl Baubetrieb und Bauprozessmanagement der Universität Dortmund. Seine Arbeit als Architekt umfasst die Planung und Umsetzung von Museums-, Verwaltungs-, und Industriebauten. Im Rahmen seiner Tätigkeit an der Universität Dortmund beschäftigt er sich mit Immobilienbewertungssystemen sowie der Lehre in den bereichen Projektsteuerung, Planungsverfahren sowie der Termin- und Ablaufplanung.
