The monograph, based on a practical experience of the author, is focusing on the basic instruments of the Debt Capital Market (eurobonds, syndicated loans, securitization of assets, convertible bonds, ECP and foreign trade debt instruments). About the author

Born in 1963 in Moscow. Worked in the Russian Academy of Sciences and Russian commercial banks focusing on international banking. Since 2012 has joined as Assistant Professor the Chair of World Finance at the Financial University under the Government of Russia. Did regular workshops on international banking for CBR personnel. Has a Ph.D degree.
