About the author

Georg Feuerstein, geb. 1947, promovierter Religionshistoriker, lehrt seit 1973 an verschiedenen Universitäten und Instituten Indologie und gilt als eine der führenden Persönlichkeiten in der Bewusstseinsforschung. Er gehört dem Vorstand der Buddha Foundation an, ist der Gründer des Yoga Research Center, Mitarbeiter des Yoga Journal und anderer Zeitschriften sowie Autor zahlreicher Bücher, von denen einige auch auf deutsch erschienen sind.
