While the emerging economics of China calls attention of all practitioners and scholars, the specific phenomenon of Spanish firms in China is much less studied. The book devotes several years of research on this context to explore from the angle of strategic human resource management. Practically it describes many interesting facts about Spanish managing business in China; theoretically it contributes to a dynamic adaptive logic of strategic human resource management. About the author










Before her current appoitment as an Assistant Professor of Management at CUNEF, Complutense University of Madrid, she was a visiting scholar at Rutgers University. She has also been teaching at ESADE Business School, Cranfield University and Pompeu Fabra University, besides working and consulting in international business since 1990s.
