Author Bio data: Dr. B.Mohan Rao is presently the Post Doctoral Fellow in Human Rights and Duties in the Department of Sociology, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam,A.P.,India.He has a total of 5 years premier academic experience. He has published 25 papers/articles in national and international journals and conference proceedings publications.
