About the author

Eugenio Bregolat is a former diplomat, having served an unprecedented three times as Spanish Ambassador to China (1987-1991, 1999-2003, 2011-2013). Eugenio has also served as Ambassador to Russia, Canada, Andorra and Indonesia.
