He is known for his open-minded approach -- with ideas and with people. His work with water earned him the inaugural Emoto Peace Prize, as well as the Prigogine Medal for Thermodynamics, and the NIH Director's Transformative R01 Award. Pollack is the founding Editor-in-chief of the research journal WATER, founding Executive Director of the Institute for Venture Science, and organizer of the annual International Conference on the Physics, Chemistry, and Biology of Water. Klappentext Professor Pollack takes us on a fantastic voyage through water, showing us a hidden universe teeming with physical activity that provides answers so simple that any curious person can understand. In conversational prose, Pollack lays a simple foundation for understanding how changes in water's structure underlie most energetic transitions of form and motion on earth.
