To stand out in the hot spring industry, good service quality has become the most important issue for competitiveness. Hadi Ganjalikhan Hakemi is a researcher at the Faculty of Built Environment, University Technology Malaysia.He has authored several publications in the field of Tourism Planning. Sajad Ebrahimi Meimand is also researcher at the faculty of Built Environment, University Technology Malaysia.
