Mr. Belás is a renowned expert in banking and financial markets who previously worked in the banking sector of Slovakia, where he held various offices in the State Bank of Czechoslovakia Prague and the General Credit Bank of Bratislava. He is an associate professor at Tomas Bata University in Zlin,Czech Rep.,Faculty of Management and Economics.
