Christian Graf wurde 1953 in Berlin geboren. Von 1979 bis 1987 war er Redakteur beim RIAS, danach bis 1990 leitender Redakteur eines Privatsenders in Hamburg. Von 1990 bis 1992 war er Chefredakteur bei einem Lokalsender in Mönchengladbach. Seit 1992 ist er als freier Berater für private Hörfunkanbieter tätig.
