All of the ELISA systems are described both in the text and supported by graphical illustrations. Likewise, many of the tables regarding solving problems and troubleshooting are invaluable. Tables summarizing blocking buffers, definitions, and antibody combinations are helpful for quick reference. . .There is no other book of this kind currently in print.
