Aus der Sicht von PadagogInnen, die in Deutschland mit dem Ansatz arbeiten, werden die Grundzüge und die Programmatik systematisch dargelegt. Vorgestellt wird damit ein Konzept zur padagogischen Fortbildung, das zum Ziel hat, die Idee und die Bedeutung von Heterogenitat in den Denk-, Deutungs- und Handlungskonzepten von PadagogInnen zu verankern.
