It assumes that the reader has a solid foundation in plastic surgery and is familiar with various operative methods. It describes the complete range of breast surgery: augmentation and reduction mammaplasty, anomalies, the treatment of primary breast cancer and breast reconstruction. The various flaps and grafts are described with emphasis placed on the presentation of specific details and complications. This is done with a series of illustrations and an accompanying text that is very easy to read. By looking up a similar case, the surgeon will find direct help for his own decision-making.
