About the author
Dr Catherine Steele is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Worcester. She is a chartered psychologist and a registered occupational psychologist. Catherine teaches undergraduate and postgraduates in this area and her own research interests lie in the area of career management and personal development.
Series Editor, Professor Dominic Upton is Head of Psychological Sciences at the University of Worcester. In 2007 he was awarded a National Teaching Fellowship, for his role in exploring and developing the teaching of psychology. He is previous Chair of the Division of Teachers and Researchers in Psychology.
