About the author










Christopher Fleet works at the National Library of Scotland where his responsibilities relate to digital mapping. In 2010 he was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Scottish Geographical Society and its Bartholomew Globe for excellence in geographical information. He is the coauthor of Scotland: Mapping a Nation. Daniel MacCannell, is a widely published nonfiction writer who has received the Jack Nicholson Prize and been nominated for the Fotokem Maverick Award for his fictional work. He is the editor of the acclaimed book The Lost City: Old Aberdeen.
