MR Angiography with Vasovist

Vasovist is the first gadolinium-based, intravascular contrast agent for Magnetic Resonance (MR) angiography to have been approved in the European Union for the imaging of vessels in the abdominal region or extremities of patients with suspected or known vascular disease. Vasovist reversibly binds to human serum albumin and thus brings about an extended intravascular signal enhancement compared to conventional extracellular MR contrast agents.
