Informationen zum Autor Olivier De Schutter was the UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food (2008–14) and is now a Member of the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. He teaches at the University of Louvain (UCL) and at SciencesPo (Paris). He has been a visiting Professor at Columbia University and at UC Berkeley. Kaitlin Y Cordes is a human rights lawyer and writer who focuses on the right to food, business and human rights, and the rights of workers within the global food system.
