He is co-author of Doing Phonology (1989) and is co-editor of the Journal of the International Phonetic Association. Richard Ogden is Lecturer in Phonetics and Phonology at the Department of Language and Linguistic Science, University of York. He has published in a number of journals including Phonology, Computer Speech & Language, Journal of Linguistics and Journal of the IPA. Rosalind Temple is Lecturer in French Language and Linguistics at the Department of Language and Linguistic Science, University of York.
