About the author

Prof. Dr. Jörg Becker ist seit 1987 Honorarprofessor für Politikwissenschaft an der Universität Marburg, war von 1987 bis 2010 Geschäftsführer des KomTech-Instituts für Kommunikations- und Technologieforschung in Solingen und von 1999 bis 2011 Gastprofessor für Politikwissenschaft an der Universität Innsbruck.
