Informationen zum Autor HAMID SARBAZI-AZAD, PhD, is Professor of Computer Engineering at Sharif University of Technology and heads the School of Computer Science at the Institute for Research in Fundamental Sciences (IPM) in Tehran, Iran. His research interests include high-performance computing architectures and networks, SoC and NoCs, and memory/storage systems. He has been the editor-in-chief of the CSI Journal on Computer Science & Engineering, and associate editor/editor/guest editor of several related journals including IEEE Transactions on Computers. He has received the Khwarizmi International Award and the TWAS Young Scientist Award in 2007. ALBERT Y. ZOMAYA, PhD, is the Chair Professor of High Performance Computing & Networking in the School of Information Technologies at The University of Sydney. He is also the Director of the Centre for Distributed and High Performance Computing. Professor Zomaya is the author/coauthor of seven books, more than 450 publications in technical journals and conference proceedings, and the editor of fourteen books and nineteen conference volumes.
