About the author

Glenda A. Gunter is an Associate Professor, Co-chair of the Instructional Design & Technology programs at the University of Central Florida, and has a PhD in Instructional/Educational Technology. She has a strong background in K-20 education, instructional design, digital media and technology, curriculum integration, K-12 literacy, and program development and evaluation. Dr Gunter is the recipient of the 2010 Sloan-C Award for Excellence in Online Teaching.Randolph E. Gunter has over 40 years of experience in education and training. He has a PhD in Educational Technology, has co-authored 12 textbooks, written dozens of articles, and presented at over 50 conferences. He is Chairman and Chief Visionary Officer of 21st Century Learning Solutions, Inc., specialising in online training for K-12 schools, higher education, and major corporations.
