Informationen zum Autor Julius Goebel Jr. (1892-1973) was George Welwood Murray Professor of Legal History, Columbia University School of Law. He was the author of numerous articles and books, including the classic Felony and Misdemeanor: A Study in the History of English Criminal Procedure (1937) and A History of the School of Law (1955). He co-authored Law Enforcement in Colonial New York: A Study in Criminal Procedure (1664-1776) (1944) and Cases and Other Materials on Domestic Relations (1952) and edited Cases and Materials on the Development of Legal Institutions (1929). Until his death in 1973, he was editing what became the five volumes of The Law Practice of Alexander Hamilton (5 vols., 1964-80). Klappentext In this volume!
